Hot stamping is the main technology used for marking the Euroseal security seals. The method guarantees for absolutely evident seal marking. In case of any efforts to remove or manipulate the marking, it is always possible using mechanoscopic techniques to prove the existence of original marking. It is possible to print unified size text, graphical logo and up to 7 digit number of unified size. The print color can be selected, typical colors are white and black, other colors are available upon request and are subject to possible technological limitations. To hot stamp a customer's logo, it is necessary to produce a special logo printing die (subject to an extra charge). The only print limitation of hot stamping technology is the impossibility to print bar codes.
How it works?
The logo printing die / numbering head is heated up to 130 oC. Then it is stamped over a color ribbon onto the seal. The heated die together with the color ribbon forms embossed colored print in the material of the seal.
